A. Cognitive Assessment

This test poses questions designed to estimate the individual’s potential to use mental processes to solve work-related problems or to acquire new job knowledge. Traditionally, the general trait measured by cognitive ability tests is called “intelligence” or “general mental ability.”  It is important to know how your cognitive ability matches with others in the profession you desire to pursue. The cognitive tests assess the following abilities of an individual:
