Elaine Erbey

(Board Member)

Elaine Erbey has over four decades of experience in managing businesses both as an owner-director and serving as a senior finance and accounting executive. She is passionate about education and strongly believes that better technology solutions to disseminate high quality education will create a substantial positive impact globally. Elaine holds a Bachelor of Science from Boston University, a Master of Business Administration from Rutgers University, GSB and is a New York state Certified Public Accountant. Elaine served as a Trustee for her alma mater Boston University from 2014 to 2016.

Elaine started her career with Peat, Marwick, Mitchell (now KPMG) in 1975 and subsequently worked with Continental Group, Inc., Lucky Stores Inc. and General Electric Credit Corporation (now GE Capital). From 1983 to 1988, Elaine served as a Senior Vice President of Oxford Financial Group, a leveraged buyout firm and served on the Boards of investee companies before starting Rocaille and Company in 1989. Since 2012, she continues to serve as the Chief Financial Officer of Salt Pond Holdings, LLC a private investment and holding company. Since 2016, Elaine is a Director of System73, an innovative communications technology firm specializing in live video broadcasting and content delivery networks and The Strataca Group, LLC. a medical device company focused on acute kidney failure and kidney disease.
