Bill Erbey
Board Member
Bill Erbey is a successful serial entrepreneur, investor and a retired public company Chairman/CEO. He is passionate about solving big problems and finding better ways of doing things. Over a period of four decades, Bill founded and scaled up companies in diverse industries, ranging from loan servicing, real estate services, mortgage services to online real estate sales and video broadcasting technology. While the industries Bill has operated in are diverse, the common theme is always about use of innovative technology to serve a large and inefficient market. Bill holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Allegheny College and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard University.
Bill started his career with General Electric in 1975, continuing to serve there in various capacities till 1983. In his last role he was the President and Chief Operating Officer of General Electric Mortgage Insurance Corporation. Bill also served as the Program General Manager of GECC’s Commercial Financial Services Department and as the President of Acquisition Funding Corporation.
Bill served as a Managing General Partner of The Oxford Financial Group, a private investment partnership from 1983 to 1995. He was the Chief Executive Officer of Ocwen Financial Corporation (NYSE : OCN) a leading sub-prime servicer from 1988 to 2010 and served as the Executive Chairman of its Board of Directors, from 1996 to 2015. Elaine Erbey
Board Member
Elaine Erbey has over four decades of experience in managing businesses both as an owner-director and serving as a senior finance and accounting executive. She is passionate about education and strongly believes that better technology solutions to disseminate high quality education will create a substantial positive impact globally. Elaine holds a Bachelor of Science from Boston University, a Master of Business Administration from Rutgers University, GSB and is a New York state Certified Public Accountant. Elaine served as a Trustee for her alma mater Boston University from 2014 to 2016.
Elaine started her career with Peat, Marwick, Mitchell (now KPMG) in 1975 and subsequently worked with Continental Group, Inc., Lucky Stores Inc. and General Electric Credit Corporation (now GE Capital). From 1983 to 1988, Elaine served as a Senior Vice President of Oxford Financial Group, a leveraged buyout firm and served on the Boards of investee companies before starting Rocaille and Company in 1989. Since 2012, she continues to serve as the Chief Financial Officer of Salt Pond Holdings, LLC a private investment and holding company. Vivek Bhandari
CEO
Vivek Bhandari is a successful business leader with experience in building, scaling up and turning around services businesses. Over a two-decade career he has led large global organizations providing banking products, IT enabled services, technology services, loan servicing, property management and other real estate services. His expertise is in turning around businesses through implementation of new processes and automation technologies while ensuring strong change management and service delivery to clients. Vivek has extensive experience of working in India, USA and Europe and a strong understanding of these markets. Vivek holds a B.Tech. from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi and a Master of Business Administration from Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
Vivek started his career with Tata Technologies in Information Technology consulting in 1998. Post his MBA, he worked with ICICI Bank, the leading private bank in India in their corporate marketing department. Vivek went on to lead a large sales organization within the mortgage division of the bank. In 2005 he joined Ocwen Financial Corporation a leading sub-prime mortgage loan servicer in their Mumbai office and held various leadership positions at Ocwenand its spin off Altisource Portfolio Solutions. Doron Paz
CTO
Doron Paz is a telecommunications professional with over 20 years’ experience in Last Mile networking.
He brings a wealth of experience in hardware, software and network management design from several global equipment vendors.
Doron held the position of VP Engineering at DASAN Zhone Solutions, and several engineering and senior management positions at Bell Northern Research, Nortel Networks, and Zhone Technologies.
Malcolm St. John
CFO
Malcolm St. John has worked in the financial services industry since 1999. He started his career as a banker at HSBC Bank Malta plc.
He qualified as a certified public accountant in 2008. He pursued his career in the funds industry after joining Apex Fund Services in 2008 with his last position held as Head of Compliance. Malcolm has also been appointed as Director on various collective investment schemes. Most recently Malcolm was responsible for the setting up and managing of Mainstream Fund Services (Malta)
